Chair Yoga is perfect for individuals who cannot get down on the floor because of age, weight, handicap, or inflexibility. It’s also a great introduction to yoga and a wonderful activity for office workers!

Along with breathing (pranayama), relaxation techniques, and meditation, you will learn traditional yoga postures (asanas) translated to a chair. Heather’s classes are joyful and weave in uplifting music and inspirational quotes. This is a transformational experience everyone can benefit from.

You will learn and practice the following chair asanas:

  • Sun Salutation
  • Moon Salutation
  • Warrior Series
  • Pratapana-Playful Warmups
  • Balancing Postures
