**IBMer drop-ins are welcome if space allows. Please check the yoga slack channel or email me ahead of time to check if there is an open spot. Non-enrolled IBMers pay $10 at the time of the drop-in.**

Semi-Private Beginners Yoga
Gather your friends and loved ones for a private class in the comfort of your home. Feel supported and comfortable in this semi-private session limited to 5 students. Calm the body, mind, and Soul with a gentle flow suitable for all levels. Students will be guided through slow movement, deep stretches, and restorative poses. Props will be utilized and modifications will be offered to suit each student’s individual needs.
