She graduated from Purchase College with a Bachelors Degree in Women’s Studies.  Heather has been a student of holistic studies since she was 14 years old, and has been working in the yoga community since 2007. With a background in studio management she is proficient in MindBody Online and has a wide range of skills to offer.

In addition to yoga and reiki, Heather is a transportation marketing professional. She works for Westchester County to promote sustainable commuting. She has served twelve years on the Executive Committee of a Mid-Atlantic Chapter transportation demand management organization.

In her spare time Heather enjoys vegetarian dining and seeing live music.  When she is not on her mat you can find Heather dancing on stage to her favorite band, Gov’t Mule. She is grateful to share the gift of yoga with her students and make an impact within the community.
